Motivated Volunteers and Philanthropists Fair
The Choose to Help: Golden Rule In Action Fair will be held on May 28th 2009 from 3pm – 8pm in the Exhibit hall of the Arizona State Fairgrounds. Parking and Admission to the event are free of charge.
If you’d like to host a booth for your organization, the cost of doing so is $75 for a basic booth (including 3 bottles of water, wastebasket, drape, etc.) and $125 for a booth with electricity available.
We hope to get the community out in full support of this excellent opportunity. Please invite all of the members of your community to come and join us. There are fliers and invitation letters available for download that you can distribute. Please help us make this event an opportunity to really make a difference for everybody.
